Terms and Conditions

  1. To ensure familiarity with Synology solutions, potential partners should attend at least 1 webinar in the last 3 months before applying and attend all Synology events (webinar, training day, etc) after applying.
  2. Tier is decided based on each partner buy-in amount at the distributor. If target buy-in is not achieve for 2 consecutive quarters, the said partner would be excluded from the benefits.
  3. Partners who host online store(s) are not eligible to participate in the Partner Program.
  4. Synology partner badge must be uploaded on the company's official homepage
  5. This program is valid from January 1st, 2024, to December 31st, 2024.
  6. 1 NFR per year for higher-end model is limited to RS2423+ and above models

Notes

  1. Synology reserves the right to modify the content of the program without prior notification.
  2. Synology reserves the right to accept or not to accept partner program application from any candidate
