Synology® Named Business Choice Winner by PCMag in Work Servers/NAS Survey for the Sixth Time
Taipei, Taiwan— 28 June 2019 —Synology® Inc. has been recognized as the Business Choice Winner in the 2019 PCMag Work Servers/NAS Survey for the sixth time since 2013, outscoring other network storage vendors, including Dell and HPE in terms of reliability and support.
This is the sixth time Synology ranked first among the business-grade network storage device providers, with a 9.1 out of 10 in overall satisfaction and reliability. Synology earned the highest Net Promoter Score® (a metric for measuring brand loyalty) of 76 in the likelihood to be recommended rating, standing out from other vendors with Dell and HPE scoring 59 and 41, respectively.
